July 24: New Chat Application - Only on The App & Still Beta
Hello 7 Cups App Users!
This weekend we are going to launch a fancy new feature! But, this feature is still in beta & we need your help to test it. It will be available ONLY on the app! Everyone is welcome to give it a whirl. Here is how it will work!
What will this feature do?
This feature will allow you navigate between varying conversations and chatrooms much faster. It will give you the ability to easily have more than one conversation going at once. (I have tested it, it is very slick).
At the top of the app, you see a bar with up to 5 of your most recent conversations. The conversations will be indicated with your user picture or the chatroom initials. Only 5 will be listed at one time. Once you hit 6, the 6th will drop back to your regular conversation list.
You will be alerted on this top bar when one of your chats has a new message for you to view. Screenshot here!
You will be able to click through to these conversations very easily from this top bar.

How can I turn it on?
In your account settings, you will need to turn this feature on. If you do not turn it on, you will not be able to participate. If you don't like it, you can turn it off at any time.
Should I expect bugs?
Yup, this is brand new!
Where can I report bugs? And give feedback?
Great, we'd love for you to tell us what is working & not working, so we can continue to get it right. Please use this form to file bug reports specifically related to this feature. Remember, if you don't love yet, you can turn it off and go right back to the original app!
Thank you everyone who willing to dive in and give this new feature a try! It should greatly enhance the quality of your chat experience, but we need your help in testing it! All are welcome! i really like this idea! a lot easier to talk to multiple chats at once :)

Give it a try now. Its opened all members.
I am liking it so far, it's so much easier to toggle back and forth, I just need to get used to it. So far, I don't have any issues with it
Getting used to it was easy for me, and I really, really like it. Thanks so much for implementing this!

Meh, I don't think I like it at this stage, (it barely works for me) so I'm turning it off for now
Works great for me, but sometimes group chats just disappear for no apparent reason. But other than that, it's amazing!
I haven't seen nothing different so far.
The new app is amazing! I used to use 7cups on the chrome mobile browser before this Because of the immense lag but now I'm switching back over? No bugs so far. Great job Team!
I did notice something today, I don't think it's my phone but when I'm typing, I notice my auto space keeps getting corrected. It only happens in the chat n pms. Am I the only one having this problem?
My experience with the new feature hasn't been working well. Yes, I can switch easily and fast from 1 chat (PM and/or group) to another. Unfortunately, I can't scroll the conversation window -it froze. So, I'm back using browser while on mobile. I've reported this bug by using the feedback form. Just want to share it here (: Keep up the amazing work, team!
