Hi all! I'm new as well. Sometimes it takes a while for a chat to connect so hang in there! I have found the app to be a bit slow with the regular site easier to manage..but I'm patient! Hey does anyone know what happens when a listener offline answers back? Do you get an alert?
I was actually very excited when I this app. But I'm finding it confusing. I don't understand what the badges are for and why we need to earn them The chat rooms go so fast I can't keep up with the conversation
It seems that the title of this thread was confusing and was misleading, so I moved it to Site Updates forum.
To clear the confusion: This thread was here to announce that the title of a group chatroom that was previously known as Welcome Room was changed to Community Room.
Now, for everyone who joined us recently, first of all, I'd like to welcome you to the website and community!
It is understandable to have some trouble navigating the website, finding support we need or keeping up in chatrooms. Things can be overwhelming, and we might feel both excited and feel relief to have found this place, but also confused, lost and even frustrated.
