What to do when feeling anxious?
@Chavez00. I have found the three minute mindfulness on here to be very helpful. It's so hard to get out of the helplessness you feel when anxiety overtakes us. Try to remember past times that you didn't think you would make it but you did😊😊

I would like to also be able to easily remove threads from my personal list right from that page. perhaps i had participated a while back in a thread that is no longer active or want to be able to easily manage and look through my list for specific threaads that i often store on my bookmarks rather than on site,
Is there a way to do this?
