New badges, Holiday badges and Joiner badge update!

Hello SC teams!

Tis the season of events. We've created the following badges to use for your end of year celebrations:

Holiday and end of year related badges:

Santas Helper- for participating in a holiday event

Resolution Ruler- for participating in a resolution event

And don't forget you can also use these existing badges:

Winter Events badge -for participating in a winter event

GlitterStar badge- for winners of a Creative Challenge during the Holidays

New badges to help grow your SC:

Familiar Face- for spending time interacting in a SC

Kindness Crusader -for spreading kindness on 7 Cups

Bridging Community- for participating in both discussions and forums of a SC

All for One- for showing good teamwork

Accountability badge- for participating in an accountability challenge

SC Cupsiversary badge- for participating in a SC's anniversary event

Joiner badge V2

Thank you to Familiy Support, Healthy Living, and People of Color for helping us test out the Joiner Badge! Thanks to that trial we've learned how to make it more sucessful. The biggest challenge is retaining participation after the badge is earned, which is the ultimate goal of this badge. Here is how it will work for V2:

Every SC can participate.

Team leaders keep an eye out for active members and listeners and nominate them for the badge

Team leaders then do a shout out post thanking that person for being a part of the community in a forum thread about the importance of community members (this is flexible, if you have an existing place that makes sense to post a shout out use it).

Post any questions you may have below! Aside from Winter Events, GlitterStar, and Joiner the rest of the badges are still in production. You can announce them now but keep in mind I we won't be able to award them until they have been made (in the next week or two).
