Nov 16: Updated Iphone App is Now Live! WooHoo
I decided to hold back before I posted any feedback in relation to the app to see if the issues would correct themselves.
The main one I guess that I've been experiencing would be once you come onto the 7cups homepage (with the little blue cup before you get to your profile and stuff) I could be waiting on that page for at least 5 minuets. Once the app does open, I am unable (sometimes) to open my pms.
When using 3G/4G I'm completely unable to use the 7cups app. I did expect the site to be slower when not connected to wifi but I hoped I would still be able to access it. When I try to access 7cups via the app.I get met by the loading page with the 7cups logo and that's as far as it will take me. When not using wifi, but I
@Alex1004 - and you are on an iPhone?
Can you tell me if you have the same trouble loading the app or connecting if you don't have any other apps running on your phone? (We're trying to figure out if the memory "footprint" is too big.)

All my other apps run fine with no issues.

Thank you @KrinkTheMellowUnicorn and team for the new app! The loading speed is amazing! =D There's one small bug and that is when I tried to type a forum post, I won't be able to see what I type. I actually type this using my notes app on the phone and then copied and paste to ensure I got what I type!
@7degrees - glad the new one is faster. yes, that forum bug seems to come and go. we still need to revamp the forum top to bottom... been stuck trying to get the basics stable.
we just submitted another update to the app store, since we found another issue we want to address asap.
still, i think we're on the right track!

I have to admit little bugs here and there this app has come on tremendously, from the original all to where it is now with regular updates and a great interface it has totally changed the way I am now easily able to give support on the go and when I have a spare moment.
Hats off to the devs! You have done a great job and I'm sure will continue to lift this app further and further
