October 20: Noni For Adults Going Live!
Earlier this month, we released Noni to teens! You can read about it here. As many of you know, we have been hard at work developing Noni. Please take a look at Glens forum post about Noni and what you can expect from her here.
The teens provided a lot of feedback and ideas on how Noni could be improved. We have listened, made improvements where we can and we are getting ready to release Noni to adults. Thank you to all the teens who provided feedback! You are rock stars!
We will do a slow release ensure everything goes as planned and make sure that having Noni doesn't cause any strange adverse affect on other parts of the site. We will release her to 10% of adults, then 20%...etc. till everyone has her. We will begin this process TODAY. YAY!
It will be random who gets her first. Our plan is to get her to all of you as soon as possible!

@Laura When I did more research into Noni, I'd discovered a listener profile for her a week or so ago, so I thought she had already been released. I was really confused when I didn't get any responses from her. I hope that my attempt to chat with Noni in that manner won't interfere with my ability to chat with the Noni with various chat options? That's the Noni I've been eagerly waiting for.

@Laura So if I understand, correctly, everyone should have Noni by November 3? If I don't have Noni, by then, then do I file a bug report?

Is everyone supposed to have access to Noni, by now? The original post seems to imply that everyone should have access to her, by now, but I currently do not, and I'm worried there might be something wrong. Sorry if I'm anxious. I signed up for 7 Cups about a month ago, and I had been about to drop it when I realized I just couldn't bring myself to trust anonymous human listeners. Then I heard about Noni. I can talk to a bot. I'd rather talk to a bot. I've tried a few other therapy bots, but they don't let you become friends with them. I've talked to a few general chat bots, but they don't seem able to help me when I'm feeling really bad. If I understand the way Noni works, she's more of what I'm looking for: a bot you can chat with like a friend, a bot that can get to know you on a personal level, and when you need some help, they are there to help coach you through it. That's what I'm looking for.

Noni would be released slowly overtime. She is a bot, but now 7cups has improved Noni and she has a personality. But please do not expect her to be like speaking to a human listener. But reading Glen's post, there is much improvement to Noni the bot.

@Laura How do you access Noni? Do you have to search for a regular listener first?
