Site Design Updates Live Now
Hi everyone,
We have updated our site design templates to make sure they are up to date. This site update will only be available on the web versions so you may notice several changes in how everything looks!
One key change with the design templates is our General Request queue for listeners - we have switched to yellow instead of red for the banner color for a higher chat request count.
The layout is like. I likeeee
I noticed something else that I would like to point out, I used to be able to see the status of someone talking to me in the chat. Green online, orange busy, red offline. Well there's no status circle anymore.

It causes flowing issues to me:
1. Dark and shades are very Stainful for eyes
2. When u come to unsigned page, the login/sign up option has been removed
2. Notification button position has been changed which is not feasible at all
4. Chat ending button has been kind of removed
5 . And as listener we can see when a member is online is also been removed which cause a uneasiness of being a listener
6. Blue heart doesn't like old red hearts which were more likely to be loved.
Also please everyone add their more points it would be appreciated🙏❤
@HopefulGarland3677 - I would like to add that I liked the orange better, not only has the bottom banner been changed to a way too bright yellow, but the actual status change to 'busy' has went from orange too yellow. I think the duller orange was more calming, this bright yellow look is pretty jarring. :P

I wholeheartedly agree
also to add that the page looks so compressed that's it's discomforting. It feels like everything is closed up and everything is now bolded which just adds to the discomfort.
We would be really grateful if you revert it back to how it was or make it a setting so that we can keep the format which we want. This way both who like and those who want the previous one can have what they want.
@tidyHickory3283 i can not agree more. this is all so cramped and uncomfortable and so hard to use on even one of the newest iPhones (13) if you can’t make it on one of the newest then how is it going to work on smaller and older phones? this all just seems so messy and unusable:/ please change it back

Tbh I didn't like this yellow... It's too bright yellow.. Blue would have been more productive
@SoulfullyAButterfly Q. Am I right in that listeners can't now heart a member's message in 1-1, and when they heart us it goes blue instead? That is a fantastic improvement instead of the whole message going red and upsetting folk. Thanks for listening! ⭐️

It's been an hour since these changes have been made live, and to be honest I am worried that these changes won't be reverted / fixed. It's honestly got me feeling nervous and physical sick to my stomach due to the bright yellows, so I think I might have to just log off until this is fixed.
@SoulfullyAButterfly I am also not able to scroll down my general requests even after refreshing which can be difficult for me to accept members for a 1-1 chat
@SoulfullyAButterfly one of the issues i noticed is that i can’t see fill notification message on my phone. when i press into notifications it isn’t cropped right and cuts off about the last 1/8 of the box on the right. meaning i also can’t x out of any notifications let alone know if that is a option.
@CosmicStarz. i also would like to add that everything is harder to get to and more complicated. i know this is meant to make things less messy in the site but not at the inconvenience of everyone. i also don’t understand the blue hearts. they have me a bit confused. a lot of the site is already blue and i think the red really went well with it. now everything is very very blue and over the top.

if anything I think the site has become more messed and in the notifications the colour fill used to be gr8 as it helped us identify the type of notification it was which made it easier to scroll through them. Also now when I clicked on a notification of sub community I am subscribed to, the post doesn't open instead the community page opens
@tidyHickory3283 the notification really are a mess. you can’t even see when you get new ones unless you are constantly going though a whole step to check.

Not really a fan of the entire animated feel. I wish you could turn this back to normal instead of making it feel like a button system.
The yellow color is bearable for me but a lot of my members and peers are not being able to take it.
