Take care of yourself! It's easy to get overwhelmed with things when you're tired. Take everything a little bit at a time and don't let anything get you down :)

What tips would you share with students needing to bounce back from a setback?

1. It is never too late to make a new beginning..

2. Dust yourself off and try again...

3. Its not important how we start, how we finish is what matters[ my fitness trainer used to stress this to me]...

Someone usually pops up at the last minute, unexpectedly, and changes your whole way of thinking! Just keep taking the tiniest steps you can until you get there :-)

I feel for ypu, my life was like that, at 43 years old I still have nightmares about failing college...exams...

I hated school my whole life yet I went through it at every age...I survived, cheating, helping or plain learning....

It is not a piece of paper (diploma) tgat defines your life or who you are...you have to discover yourself...

Make friends, connections and study some may say...some may say use bribes (like my greek friends came to my country because here they could buy diplomas).

If it is education then your goal is the diploma. You feel for it, excell in exams if not just cheat or bribe ypurself out....a diploma os a piece of paper, not who you are, is it woth wasting your youth over it, your sleep and your future sanity for an exam? I say grab a backpack and go explore the world and live your life. You want to be stressed by teachers is your choice...you can learn without formal institutions and a toilet paper diploma. Back at home they did not recognise my Sorbona in Paris master's degree diploma, so I wasted 2 years for nothing. When I came home from Sweden they did not recognise my University grades so I wasted 2 years.

Just live your life, forget about school. School yourself if you need to learn about smtth.

@Tazzie To release it and move forward, dwelling on the mistake or problem only kept me stuck and fixated on it and I ended up holding myself back. There are so many thing I wish I would have accepted, released and let myself go forward from.

That teachers can be surprisingly understanding about helping you get over the setback (or if they aren't so much in college there is the support of school counselors that will be). You can do it!

It's ok to have a setback but maintaining your mental health after a setback is important. I would tell students, to take care of themselves by doing something that they like and that studies are important
