@Beechie
hey! :)
The things that always helped me focus on studies were,
setting small goals like chapter wise,
studying in early morning hours and doing writing and other homework at the evening hours,
writing my own notes with my fun short cuts,
also trying to virtually connect the tough concepts with some images,
More of preparing personal quizzes for chapters than re-reading the same book again and again
@Beechie the one thing tat always gets me focused is a 10 second rule. You count down from 10 to 0 and once you finish counting you have to get up and do your work.
the thing that KEEPS me motivated is listening to a pitiful study playlist, but only to songs without any words and putting my phone on DND and leaving it in another room,also doing small breaks like 3 minutes and dont using your phone during breaks
@sweetShiny1596
Those are really great methods! :)
@Beechie
Cleaning my place and having a good shower before starting my work helps me..
Also using Pomodoro timer helps me.
@Helenaicy
Same!!

Hey!
I found that time blocking is super useful for me to stay on track; I set specific times for focused work and short breaks. Along this I also set myself small goals to achieve, instead of whole tasks. For instance, instead of write an essay, I'd break it up into 'write one paragraph'. Soft music in the background also helps me to quiet my mind as total silence can help me feel restless.

hello
@Beechie
I follow the Pomodoro Technique to study, but also complete tasks that I tend to procrastinate.
