Feeling emotionally safe
In order to feel well and resilient we need to feel safe. It allows us to live an authentic life and connect with others on an honest basis. More safety, more stability.
How safe do you feel emotionally on a scale of 1 (being the worst) to 10 (feeling very safe)?
Emotional self-care is one of the foundation stones on building internal safety. It allows us to strengthen our calming nervous system so that we can regulate our own emotions well. This means having healthy boundaries to interact with others like sharing personal information gradually and healthy boundaries with ourselves like protecting our time by not overcommitting as well. It also means prioritizing things that we value most deeply. Self-soothing or even spending time alone can be very effective to restore internal safety so asking for space when you need alone time is okay!
In life people will inevitably hurt us, some intentionally but often unintentionally. Understanding your own triggers and having a strong anchor which can be very different for people and range from religion to faith, friendships, mantras or other things.
What is your anchor (a thing you can focus on that helps your mind focus or recover from stress)?

I find it difficult to put a number on emotions but I feel very emotionally safe at 7cups.
What is your anchor (a thing you can focus on that helps your mind focus or recover from stress)?
The breath is a great anchor for me and the senses so if I get overrun by thoughts then I find those keep me safe.

Feeling safe is always an issue. I rate it about 5. Never at total relaxation phase.
What do I do to recover write and get by myself
Maybe a 2? I don't know that I've ever felt emotionally safe. It's hard to explain what I feel most of the time and if I do try to explain many times it seems like I have to justify why I feel that way. Or it seems like what I feel is wrong
An anchor? Doing things with my hands and working in the garden or being alone I guess
