Inspiration matters!
Some days we just feel blah, whether it is because of bad weather, feeling bored or just not being able to get motivated. Those are the days we can all use some inspiration.
Being inspired can be a huge benefit for all of us, as it can give us that extra bit of motivation that we might need to push through the day without getting caught up in negative thinking. It can feel tough to inspire yourself but don’t give up. It's okay to seek help, whether it is by talking to a friend or even checking online resources.
Something that helps me a lot if I feel that I run out of ideas is for example watching DIY (Do-it-yourself) videos. To me the main thing is to start doing something new and be at a “stand still”.
Below are a few things that can help in refreshing your inspiration:
Shake up your routine, do something different than usual
Get outside, take a walk: walks can boost creative inspiration
Practise mindfulness: it can help you to get into a more creative frame of mind
Connect with others who share similar passions as you do
Volunteer somewhere
Look around your home, do you feel some things need to be rearranged, maybe put some flowers into a vase to give a room a more welcoming appearance?
Visit a new place, a museum, an art studio or anything you like
Read a book from someone who inspires you
Start an inspiration journal, write down all the things that inspire you
Try a new hobby
Remember to make sure you are well-rested. It’s hard to get inspired with a tired mind.
What helps you to get inspired?
What kinds of projects have you been inspired to do lately?
When we're dealing with a mental illness, be it depression or anxiety or any other condition, we can find it hard to be enthusiastic about doing anything.
If you have serious, long-term problems with getting inspired and feel depressive, see your doctor or talk to a therapist if you feel they are related to any mental challenges.

Great post Peace 💜
I think what inspires me is knowing something is possible, or if it's never been done kind of thing, wanting to do it because of that reason! I'm not sure if that makes sense 🙃

What helps you to get inspired? Meditation and practicing mindfulness helps me get started with a positive attitude.
What kinds of projects have you been inspired to do lately? The Huddle is an 8 week support group here on 7cups with the same people in the discussion each week. It was a great experience working with the same people who were serious about supporting each other. If you want to help facilitate the next version of the Huddle, there is more info here. https://www.7cups.com/forum/GroupSupport_168/7CupsHuddles_2394/HuddlesSeason2SignUpasaFacilitatorforaClosedGroup_284933/
