Learning from others
Watching videos or reading inspirational life stories can have several benefits for our mental well-being, such as stress reduction, enhanced empathy, and a boost of motivation.
Inspirational stories often highlight individuals overcoming adversity, encouraging personal growth and resilience. They provide contexts for learning.
"We found that people felt more hopeful after watching the inspiring videos," says study author Robin Nabi of UC Santa Barbara. "

Seeking Help
Mental stress can cause us not to be able to see the good things in life and lead to excessive rumination or worries which can result in serious health problems. If you have serious, long-term problems with negative thinking and feeling depressed, see your doctor or talk to a therapist if they are related to any mental challenges.

Biographies have always been my favourite type of book.
Some people know how to tell stories while others are recalling aloud. It makes a difference! A good story-teller knows where he is going with it and is entertaining, while the recaller has a few troubles. They correct themselves on unimportant details, for instance, go back on their stories and cannot hold on your attention. Telling a good story requires some mental organization.

Tbh I’ve honestly learned a lot more from life than from people. I’ve learned a lot of life lessons. Of course that’s not to say that I’ve never learned anything from other people bc I certainly have.
For example I’ve learned if you want something that much and go after it eventually you’ll get it.
@amiablePeace77 Thanks!
