Managing your emotional wellbeing with a positive diagnosis
It’s common to have good days and bad days throughout your health journey. For example, you may feel an onset of stress when you notice changes day-to-day due to the illness for which you’ve been diagnosed, or you notice the illness progresses to another stage and you start to undergo treatment.
There are some things you can do to help yourself cope. Some emotions only last for a short time. It’s OK to be angry, sad or fearful, or wanting to cry, shout or withdraw occasionally. However, it’s not OK for these to continue all the time.
Participation question:

Seeking Help
Mental stress can cause us not to be able to see the good things in life and lead to excessive rumination or worries which can result in serious health problems. If you have serious, long-term problems with negative thinking and feeling depressed, see your doctor or talk to a therapist if they are related to any mental challenges.

First to embrace the facts. Don't take it as a result, take it as the first step to fix the problem.
