Shake it loose
Shaking is the natural way to release tension and return the body to its normal homeostasis. It is a primal impulse to a stressful situation. Animals naturally shake to release tension after a life-threatening event. But shaking the body is not only beneficial for animals but for humans too. It can help to calm the body after a stressful event, improve flexibility, increase blood and energy flow in the body.
Shaking also activates the lymphatic system of our body, which helps our body get rid of the toxins.
What works best for you to release tension in your body?
A well known exercise for shaking the body is used in the ancient traditional Chinese healing qigong
The dragon Tree
If you are unable to shake one of your limbs for whatever reason, you can break it down by joint. Shake your wrists, elbows, shoulders, hips, ankles, head–whatever you are able and comfortable with.

Great post and I agree shaking us a good thing! 💕💕💕🙌🙌🙌🙌
I purchased a exercise machine that makes your whole body shake (you stand on it and it shakes you for 10 minutes at high speed).
Let me tell you it distresses and sorts my back as well. I like it for destress more than exercise actually. 💕💕💕

Wow, I never heard about that machine but sounds interesting. Would you mind sharing the name of it?
