What do you use to cope with stress? I do grounding exercises like yoga and Tai Chi

Do you use any fidgeting toys for anxiety? I fidget in the kitchen that is enough fidgeting for me. I have so much to do I never have that kind of spare time.

How do you feel when you have an object to touch, hold or look at such as a calming picture or a nature scene?

I feel I harmonize with the calm.

@soulsings

Yoga and tai chi help me too to deal with stress and rebalance. This is one of my favorite tai chi videos Tai chi for beginners https://youtu.be/cEOS2zoyQw4.

What do you use to cope with stress? I like to go out and socialize, exercise, and just generally stay active to keep myself distracted from stress.

Do you use any fidgeting toys for anxiety? I don't use any fidgeting toys but I like to lay in bed or have a soft blanket for comfort sometimes!

How do you feel when you have an object to touch, hold or look at such as a calming picture or a nature scene? Some things can really make us feel so much calmer 😍

@soulsings That's really cool! I am glad you have an exercise that you've enjoyed for so long :) I like to walk on the treadmill and then I will use the strength training machines or the free weights! 💪

@fruityPond7887 yes I spent some time in the gym when I was on vacation and I think it was called the ellipticals. I used to walk on the track around the gyms but I loved the exercise classes most.

What kind of foods do you like? Healthy foods are a big part of my life. I just made a big pot of spicy vegetable garbanzo bean soup.

@soulsings Ooo you are very dedicated to be exercising on vacation! Good for you! 😊 I am trying to eat healthier, but it's hard sometimes because I just hate cooking 😅 There's nothing like a fresh salad though or some good fruit! My favorite though is probably sushi!

@fruityPond7887 I hear you cooking is involved. I lived on my own on a tight budget so it was cook or starve so to speak. For breakfast I get unsweetened instant oatmeal and add a boiled egg or tofu with some spices.

Lunch I make egg salad from the boiled egg and have in a toasted tortilla or with a piece of whole wheat bread.

Soup for supper, I like Amy's Organic soups and chili but it is a bit pricey so I would rather make my own. I add some kind of protein and I am good to go.

@soulsings Those sound easy enough to make and good for you too! I like instant oatmeal as well and I'll add some peanut butter sometimes! Or sometimes I like to make my own egg sandwiches with bagels :)

@fruityPond7887 I like sesame butter (tahini) in my oatmeal and I add tofu for protein and yogurt and spices.

@soulsings That sounds delicious! There's a place near me that is kind of like Chipotle but it serves Mediterranean food and I believe they use tahini as one of their dressings! So good! 😋

@fruityPond7887 I make my own in a food processor mostly in the warm weather. I eat hot foods in winter.

@soulsings Is a food processor essential or can a blender work? 😮
