Using Your Breath to Calm Your Mind
Too often, many of us live a life that is not as balanced as we want it to be. There might be so many things we have to attend to, things we worry about or simply things we put first instead of ourselves. Many times it results in feeling overwhelmed and frustrated and we forget that we can take back control of our state of mind and respond mindfully to situations then react to them impulsively.
Something that can be very helpful to clear the mind is simply breathing, taking our own breath as anchor to calm. So today I would like to give you 3 breathing exercises to try.
Please come back here to this thread after you do some of these exercises and let us know:

I’d love to try the said exercises but nothing actually shows regarding them.
Included is a pic to show what the thread looks like on a phone.
@JustWant2bWell
Very sorry to hear you couldn't see the post properly. It seems that something went wrong here, I tried it on my phone too and realized there is an issue. Please let me know if you would like me to pm you the question and also the links for the breathing exercise.
I will try to find out what caused this issue. Btw is this the first time you had this problem?
@JustWant2bWell I fixed the problem for the APP so look for my post just after this one in this thread I removed all the formatting.
I am trying to repost amiablePeace77's thread
