Charles Darwin, “It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent that survives. It is the one that is the most adaptable to change.”

Acceptance helps,but not always easy
@tiredbubble00
Acceptance can be hard but it makes life easier at the end. Here is a video about acceptance that might be helpful https://youtu.be/NGbEkW8lQWk?si=OuoUR3Nxvu8b-rWV
When I struggle to accept change I always try to remind myself that life is a test. Whatever God has planned for me is the best for me ,even if I can't see it right now. If I know I've tried my best then I don't think there's much to worry about . If I know I haven't tried my best then maybe I am part to blame. Either way, adapting to change can take time but the sooner you accept reality for what it is ,the sooner you can thrive in it.

Often the "change" is good, if not pleasant - no problem accepting
The rest depends on what the word "change" means and to what degree. Is it acceptable? Is it for ever? Does it impact just you or others? It is something you knew in advance? So many parameters...
@Fradiga
I hear you! Sometime though change is not what we understand as "acceptable", yet we might not always be able to create a different situation and can only move forward by accepting the unacceptable. Our lives are filled with doors and I am a strong believer that there will always a door which opens at the end.
@amiablePeace77 What helps you to accept change?
What I see as the biggest key to survival is cooperation. The ants and bees demonstrate that and some other animals do as well.
I accept change when I see that there is no option to remain the same. Change is inevitable.
@soulsings
We can learn a lot from ants and bees for sure! They both show highest levels of cooperation!
@amiablePeace77 I agree wholeheartedly
