My neck and shoulders have been painfully tight ever since the florida fiasco. I thought it would have gone away but it hasn't. My arms and legs feel ok.

Sorry to hear that you're still feeling the effects of what happened recently. The shoulders hold a lot of stress. It can help to do some shoulder exercises or do yoga for shoulder pain relief. I hope you feel better soon!

my heels are swollen and painful, my lower back aches towards the end of the day, my body feels like it has not been getting the rest it needs

When the body does not get what it needs, it will ring an alarm, often in the form of pain! It must be difficult to walk with swollen heels. I hope you can take some time to just rest and let the body recover.

it is indeed rather uncomfortable having a constant reminder of the discomfort that feels like a roller coaster through the day. am getting some form of stretches done as advised by medical practitioners and hoping for a speedy recovery!

Where does it feel tight or sore?
On my right arm. But only when my arm is doing certain things or in certain positions. Might just be muscle strain or something else like that.
And my right eye but only when that eye is closed or is blinking it feels like one or some of the eyelashes on the right side is rubbing against my right eye.
Where does it feel chill and relaxed?
Everywhere else.

Strain can cause a lot of discomfort for sure. If the pain does not stop it might make sense to see a professional though! Glad everything else is without pain!

I recently saw a professional who pointed out to me that it’s probably just muscle strain, or muscle fatigue or muscle soreness from too much repetitive movement with that specific arm. It happens commonly.

Considering metastasis in a good half of my skeleton, I only feel good when lying down and not moving, so I do plenty of that 😃
