@amiablePeace77 I would encourage them to get creative with a new hobby. Or learn more about things that interest them. Maybe take more walks and explore the great outdoors. Donate their time in charity work. Or if your like me and disabilities plus mental health issues prevent you from being able to do much, then 7 cups is the best place to be😁 ❤

My mother cured boredom, she said: "I'll fix your boredom. If you cannot find something to do I will make you clean your room." lol
@soulsings haha! That's so mean😂😂😂😂 but the best trick ever😂😂😂😂😂😂 well! Done to your mum ❤😂😂😂😂😂

Boredom is something that happens particularly when you're young. It's actually a philosophical moment and sometimes needed. If the bored person actually complains about it, you can always offer an activity (which they may refuse), but past this, let them be.
@Fradiga are you a wizard?? You always have the most wisest things to say! Your perspective is always spot on. I learn a lot from you ❤
I think the best thing about boredom is that it allow you take your life slow. Sometimes the best thing to do is not to fight it, but enjoy it.
Have a cup of tea with a friend or family and just enjoy the evening.

Read some books that are interesting to you, exercise your body or mind, breathe, or even just observe the cars on the road lol
