Enjoy the joy of giving back
Sharing with others creates a sense of community, builds trust, and strengthens relationships. There are numerous studies showing that giving back enhances our well-being. It's not only about sharing food or things we might not need anymore but also a smile or a kind word. I believe we all know how good it feels when a person is kind to us or just listens when need need to feel heard.

@amiablePeace77
by being protective of them and kind and helpful and careing for them
@alysianna
People who bring us joy and comfort are very special so it's understandable that you want them to feel safe and cared for.

@alysianna
I am very sorry that you had to let go of that person who is bad for your health but you did the right thing! Often we like to ignore bad things others do to us to keep the peace but in the long run it's not working. You took the courage and stepped back 👍. Please remember that we are here for you for support 💙

How do you give back kindness or happiness to those who bring you comfort and joy?
Why wait to "give back"? Kindness and happiness to others should be seen as an ordinary social investment, not a reimbursement or a trade. I believe in paying forward anyway.
If someone takes care of you while you are in need, it is not always easy to "give back" either. Just showing appreciation is often all you need to do.
@amiablePeace77 as you probably know I live in a old folks nursing home. Last birthday old the elderly folks have me money, instead of keeping their money, the carehome mini bus, took them all for a paid meal at a local restaurant, and a surprise visit from santa. Which I paid mostly with the money they have me. When they got back me and my carers had decorated the care home for xmas😁 I bought all the residents and staff and carers here a chocolate bunny. I also spend time with the old people listening to their stories, and looking at the photos they show me, sometimes for ages😂😂 they really can tal k😂😂 ❤ I do little things like painting s or art work when anyone asks for something they want. And to my friends on here and all people in here, I try to be as kind and supportiv e to everybody ❤❤
gives ami a giant tiny hug ❤ I love you
@amiablePeace77 agree!
