One of my favorite memories is a vacation in a forest cabin with my dogs. It was wonderful and very relaxing to wake up in the morning and walk through the peaceful forest.

@amiablePeace77 The most recent good memory I created was yesterday evening.
I went out with friends to celebrate friendship day. But all the cafes were full and crowded.
We found a cozy little cafe (which we would have never gone to otherwise) and it was nice. We talked over a variety of topics and had a variety of food.
Turned out to be a memorable experience 😄

It's amazing what we sometimes discover just out of despair by not getting what we were looking for like in your case a place in one of the other cafes.

I just tend to push the bad memories to the back of my mind and they can only be remembered with a trigger. In any case, memories change with time and some bad memories can become amusing down the road or something one learned.
I will share one good memory. I was visiting my friend, and it was one of those crisp beautiful mornings, and she brought me a cup of coffee with cream the way I like it and we just sat in those chairs on the balcony and enjoyed the fresh air, the fragrance of the coffee, and that first sip, just delicious. I don't even remember we said anything, just sat together quietly, enjoying the morning arriving.

The last good memory I had was walking along an almost empty beach in Kauai, when I suddenly saw a huge Hawaiian Monk Seal come onto land. Hawaiian Monk Seals are only found in the islands and are endangered. Of all the times I've been back tot he islands, this was the first time I had seen one this big in the wild up close. This experience made me feel closer to nature and more at ease than ever before.

Thank you for the prompt. The title of this post instantly took me back to the World of Harry Potter. One of the most significant and defensive charms in the books is the 'Patronus Charm'. The charm requires reliving the happiest good memory of your lifetime without which it would be a failure.
Coming back to the question. Pretty recently, I was elected as the head of a committee in my university. A good memory to cherish forever along with a couple others.

One of my favorite memories was when I was chatting with a close friend, an elderly man I went to church with, in his garden. We were both new to the area. While standing there we both noticed a shurbby tree in the distance seemed to ne moving in place, almost like it was blurry or a digital glitch or was fogged out for privacy. We were both glad the other was seeing that and had a good laugh over the fact we were noticing and not saying anything for the longest because it seemed crazy. We walked over and the tree was infeated with tent bugs. They take parts of the center type foliage and make triangle tents in their backs. They were moving and roving around on almost the entire tree. We had fun letting them walk on our arms and hands and playing with them. Neither if us had ever seen them before.

I never heard about them before neither but I can imagine it was quite a view! 😀 Nice fun memory to keep.
