Happy Friday

Friday can be a meaningful time to pause and reflect on the week behind you. It’s an opportunity to acknowledge what you accomplished—whether big steps or small, steady efforts—and to check in with how you’re feeling emotionally, mentally, and physically. You might consider what drained your energy this week versus what felt supportive or energizing. It can also be helpful to notice where your boundaries were honored and where they may have been stretched too thin. As the weekend approaches, Friday offers a chance to set an intention: whether you need rest, connection, fun, or simply a slower pace, reflecting on what would feel most nourishing can help you enter the weekend with more clarity and care.

Past week was filled with some health struggles but also some very prominent moments to be grateful about. Looking forward to the weekend quiet now! 💛

I've been struggling a lot this week with a deep sense of loneliness, and to be honest I fear my non-work days over the weekend could turn into prime negative rumination spaces, like they've done in the past. A co-worker of mine told me of spme town events happening later today I can engage in, so hopefully going to those will make me feel a bit better.

This has been a very hard week for me health wise and I’m starting to lose hope at this point in navigating my chronic illness. However, I was able to get a pain block yesterday that had helped a little bit so far so I’m trying to be as optimistic as possible!
