How does your support network look like?
Besides my boyfriend my support group is my family and close friends. My friends do not take nothing as an answer when asked how am I they go into sitting me down and listening to my problems or concerns whether big or small, my family is the same. As for my boydriend is my biggest support person, my rock to go to when all else fails.

How does your support network look like?
My support network includes people I'm super close to namely my immediate family members, my only bestfriend, my mentors who have always supported me even at my lowest. They are the people I know have my back at moments I lose myself and question my place in the world. They are why I am who I am today, and who I will be in the future.

I only had my aid here for the day. But otherwise it went pretty well by myself. I don't really have family; my friends are my family, and they were all busy with their families. I had a nice quiet evening with 7 Cups.

How does your support network look like?
Sadly, it's only 1 person that lives too far away to ever meet in person.

I hope that you can stay in touch with that person through the internet (FaceTime etc.) but also that you find support here.

Sadly, her anxiety is so bad that I can't even make a phone call. We can only chat with voice messages through messenger. I'm working on building up to a phone call.
