Lovely prompt, Soul. Lots of things that warm my heart, babies being babies, kids being silly lol, seeing someone (anyone) genuinely happy and content, seeing my loved ones happy and healthy, smol cutu furry animals, acts of kindness (not necessarily towards me, in general too) etc etc. ❤

I get a really nice feeling when I hear a bird singing, or deer tromping through the backyard, or someone who is 100 years old. What did they do to help them live that long and how has the world changed in their lifetime?

Aww yes, really intriguing, warms my heart also. Have you read this book named Ikigai: The Japanese secret to a long and happy life? It covers alot on this topic, and it really is awesome to read about some of these people, as they share what has helped them live a longer and a happier life. ❤

When I pay attention to the beauty of nature I can find so many heartwarming things. I recently watched a cat and dog laying together very closely on the ground when I went for a walk. Very obviously they did not believe in the saying "cats do not like dogs and vice versa" 😊.

Recently one of the things that warmed my heart was my kitten, who likes to play fetch with his toys, laying one of his toys beside the bathtub, so when I get out of the shower, he waits for me to throw it so he can fetch it. So cute!

Yes, my kitten actually plays fetch. Thank you for answering my post. I am glad you and Redirecting enjoyed my post about my kitten. He is turning out to be one smart little feline. He doesn't have a shy bone in his body. Today he was laying on my lap, on his back, with his front legs over his head. It was so adorable. My kitten likes to play with my older cat and sometimes they lay together and groom each other.

I really enjoyed your post about my kitten doing yoga. That made me laugh a lot! My kitten also likes to purr a lot. Sometimes his motor really gets going and it's loud.

Today, seeing the food I bought with money I would have normally spent on nicotine in some form or other, yummy food and not feeling a scarcity warms my heart. Also, I put the drawings that the little one did for me up on the wall, so I can turn and see "for dada, I love you to pieces" with rainbows, hearts, and stars in many colors <3

@soulsings This is such a cute prompt! Something that totally warmed my heart today was when a random cat came up to me and snuggled into me. It just would not let me go and in the end, I simply sat down with it for a while and it's the most peaceful I've been in a long time!
