I am most myself when I am alone. But, just like Emerson said, I strive to bring the authenticity I feel in solitude to all of my connections with others.

I agree with the post above that says I am myself when I am alone.....
I can be myself when I can be however I feel that moment and don't be judged for how I'm feeling.
@WhereIsHappiness I have to watch the self judgement to make sure I am as nice to myself as I am to others.
I feel you! I am struggling with that too, especially during the tough times. As if we need to be even tougher on ourselves during those times 🤦🏻♀️ no, we don't.
