I miss my dad
I lost my dad over two weeks ago to cancer. I miss him so bad. I am just so angry about this whole thing. I hate going to school and my friends don’t understand what I’m going through cause I’m only young for a parent to pass away. It hurts so bad I don’t ever think I will be me again or be genuinely happy. Nights are the worst when I am alone with my thoughts. I hate how cruel the world is.
@fearlessOcean5083 I’m so sorry you’re going through this. Losing your dad is a pain that’s impossible to put into words and it’s completely normal to feel angry, lost or like you’ll never feel the same again. Remember, it’s okay to let yourself feel everything you’re feeling and it’s okay to take your time with this. Also, lean on those who care, even if they don’t fully understand. You’re not alone in this.
really appreciate your response thankyou
@fearlessOcean5083 Life can be tough but remember that even the hardest days eventually pass and you’ve got an inner strength that’ll carry you through💛
It's okay to feel overwhelmed and like you're not yourself right now. Grief can be all-consuming. Remember that it's okay to not be okay, and that it's normal to feel this way.
@fearlessOcean5083 I am so sorry for your loss 🥺♥️ grief is so different for everyone and such a personal journey and you will go through so many emotions. There is no right or wrong way to feel and you just have to be honest about your feelings, keep talking about your dad and let your friends in, they might not understand your pain or even know what to say, but they will want to be there for you 💕
I am not the best person to talk to about grief but I can tell you that it's okay to grieve however you need to... And to take your time doing it. Healing isn't linear. You're going to feel like *** and that's okay. If nights are harder for you try to fill them with something you love to do, and don't try new things if that makes you uncomfortable. Just know that one day you will feel like you again. One day you'll wake up and feel better. I'm going to pray for you too 💕
Hi dear,
I understand what you're going through, and it's perfectly normal to feel hate and sadness. Let me share something with you. Do you believe in God? If not, just take a moment to believe, because we have two lives indeed—one on this earth and another in heaven. Please don't be sad about your loss. God has taken your wonderful dad, and he is now living happily in heaven. Just believe that.
Whenever you feel sad, unhappy, or angry, remember that your dad is watching over you from heaven. He would feel sad if he saw you in pain. So, for your dad, try to be happy. Whenever you want to feel close to him, just close your eyes and visualize him. In this world, only your dad's physical body is gone; his soul and memories remain in your heart forever. Just feel it and cherish those memories.
Hey, I'm so sorry for your loss. Everything will get better, trust me 💗
You will absolutely be fine.
Virtual hugs from me to you 🫂
I also lose my dad due to cancer, it was three years ago.
If you are very sad, just cry, it is the best things you can do and should do. Don't worry if ur family member is concern for u r still griefing, you guys should grief together.

Hey, I am so sorry for his loss. I'm gonna be honest, I don't know what it feels but I could just imagine how much it hurts. I feel so bad for you. Especially when you are young and too a disease it must hurt so much. I'm not going to tell you that the pain doesn't go away, because it won't. You will learn to live with it. I understand that you are mad, especially because your friends don't get it. Maybe try telling them how you feel. I'm going to give you some ideas to cope with it, it might not work and you don't have to do them.
You could make a collage with pictures of you and your dad. You could put some fary lights around them. At night or when your really angry/missing him. Just look at the pics. He will always be there with you in spirit.
What was your dads favorite animal. Maybe you could have a pet of it.
I feel so bad but I think talking about it will definitely help.
Love-Jules/Puppy. ❤
