It's Okay to Unplug
Spending intentional time without your phone can have powerful benefits for mental health, and it doesn’t have to mean going completely “off the grid”, just carving out space away from constant notifications, scrolling, or pressure to be available.
What are some of your favorite phone-less activities?

@AshleyNFlewellenLPC doing Tai Chi or 5 minute Tai Chi on youtube.
@AshleyNFlewellenLPC love this 🧡 thank you..!
@AshleyNFlewellenLPC thank you for your suggestion "just carving out space away from constant notifications, scrolling, or pressure to be available."
Whenever a site asks me to send notifications I do not subscribe. If I did I would be going crazy with notifications.
Have a nice weekend.

I love all of em. I'm totally a phoneless person. I charge my phone once a week or so. I'm not that much of a outdoor person either. I love keeping myself busy with making stuff, arranging, cleaning, cooking. Basically anything to keep myself on the move. My friends call me an old timer for not being phone oriented. I tell them that's where the fun lies.
@AshleyNFlewellenLPC there is a lot i like to do there, thank you for your post!
@AshleyNFlewellenLPC I used to do a lot but somewhere along the way I completely lost it. I'm trying to get back to it but it's very hard. Working on it tho, one step at a time
I love to sing to music, sometimes cook, and sometimes spend time outside.
