What is anything that you believed you would never be able to do in life, but somehow succeeded in achieving?
When I moved to a different environment I believed that I could not be happy without all my friends and all the stimulation from outside. This was wrong, I learned to achieve contentment in many ways, maybe not 100 %, but good enough to be okay.

When I was a little girl, I was rather angry that boys were allowed to do things we girls were not. Us three sisters were tomboys too and not allowed to play with our brothers' train and circuit sets. I thought that maybe, when I would grow up, I would grow into a man. Well, after 60+ years, I got at least half-way there. I am neutral now and my grandson and I got matching remote-control cars for Xmas
