New Member trying to Heal
Hey everyone, I'm new here and just looking for some kind words and others to share things with. I'm 28 and going through a divorce with my ex husband. Long story short he was abusive and it ruined me mentally. Now he has moved in a girl 10 years younger than me and is taking my dog and telling everyone I'm crazy... just needing some advice on how to navigate this. Love this community💙

@Motherofplants182 Sorry to hear about the divorce and him bad mouthing you. I've always believed that people who know us will see through the lies the person is saying about us. And, I suggest the same to you. Try moving on with your life best you can, keep mind busy with productive activities with the intention to grow in all aspects of your life.
Being away from the abusive relationship, you feel free and more at peace which is a huge positive. You can only focus on your actions as that's in your control. Do good, be good and hope for the best! Do message me directly if you wish to chat about all this.

The painful circumstances that we will undoubtedly encounter during our lives are intended to provide a significantly stronger version of ourselves. The terrible psychological aches you are experiencing now, my dear, are the birth pangs that will undoubtedly result in a heroic version of your prior self.
