Unfortunately, I have to work to make ends meet. If I could have free time on the weekends I would go the the museum, the zoo and maybe a movie. I'm supposed to be getting in shape so I would have to find some physical activity besides walking that is not painful for me to do and hopefully lose weight.
@affectionateCat9553 work takes up a big chunk of the week. Hope you get enough rest.
5 minute Tai Chi on youtube is light activity that helps calm me down also.
@soulsings I think I really try to enjoy the weekends with my loved ones and take time to recharge as well. I definitely need the weekend to do nothing because I am so busy during the week that I can't really recharge like I need to.
@fruityPond7887 recharging is a word I like to use to describe what I do on weekends.
This weekend I plan to relax, ride around on my 4-wheeler, and just spend time with my family and God.

We have plans to go to the Renaissance Faire and a side visit to a Wolf Sanctuary :)

@amiablePeace77 It was great! They have different tour options. We just did the guided public tour but they have tours during the full moon so we're planning on going on one of those next year. You get to sit and just hang out there to hear the wolves howl at the moon. And a photography tour. I wouldn't mind doing that one too. You don't get to interact directly with them which I can understand why lol
But they have full wolves and wolf dogs that were surrendered for various reasons - which tbh - we'd love to have one but they require permits and stuff. Alot of them look like wolves you'd see in the wild but then some of them just look like over grown malamutes or huskies. But it was definitely a cool experience!
@mytwistedsoul the closest thing I have experienced like that is coyotes howling in the summer in the conservation area out back. I usually do not see them but have several times.
Reading a good novel in the sunshine, look at the leave change, take a nice epsom salt/lavender hot soak in the tub.
