Ice skating ... the last time i tried, I dislocated a knee 😂😢😁 But seriously, I've always wanted to skate but my knees just didn't allow it.
@nongelic so sad to hear It was great when I was younger, Today I am not so sure I would today.

The ice-skating incident happened when I was in my teens, but I've dislocated my knees more times than I can count as my connective tissue is too loose. The last time was a year ago and my knee's not been the same since. They had to sedate me as it got stuck in position, whereas in the past, it used to go back on it's own.
