When I was younger, I was highly competitive and enjoyed winning and competing in sports. I am a lot less competitive now so the only sports I am involved in are Tai Chi and yoga.
Tai Chi can actually be done with a partner with exercises like Push Hands where you learn to sense the energy of your partner and "stick" to them. To me competition is not what I seek. To be more connected to myself is a greater goal now that Tai Chi and Yoga help me realize.

Synchro Swim Competitive just graceful and beautiful … I love the water. I taught shallow and deep water aerobics for years I volunteered in my community pool. Loved it.
@SunShineAlwaysGrateful I love watching synchronized swimming. Great sport.

I used to play softball and volleyball when I was young, so I guess them.
@UberRuminator I liked volleyball. It took a lot of coordination
@soulsings
I wasn’t very coordinated, but I was tall.

I would play tennis.😊I used to play tennis a lot growing up. First, it was badminton and then tennis. I also loved Roller Skating and ice skating. Maybe if I had of kept on I would have been somebody,🤔
@WorkingitThrough2
Tennis, badminton and skating are pure fun to me but also hard on the knees.
@amiablePeace77
I went roller skating with a church and had so much fun😂 I actually still could skate. I did hit the floor a few times (LOL). Thank goodness I did not break anything.
I haven't thought about it, TBH.
...maybe powerlifting, or Olympic-style lifting. Feats of strength are always impressive.
@slowdecline48
Wow, you must be really strong!
@amiablePeace77 Actually I'm not, though I am fairly well coordinated & know how to use what I have. I just wish I had more of it!...if I could press my own bodyweight overhead (standing shoulder press) & have proportional strength in the other standard lifts, I'd be happy.
Not a sport but i will choose dance 🦹🕺💃👯
@navySea3717
Dancing is a great sports to be and psst the International Olympics Committee recognizes it as a sports too 😃. Any particular dance style you prefer?
