Seeking help
So I feel kinda nervous to talk to a listener directly, but i need help, i wanted a therapist but i can't afford any, not irl nor online, i am having issues with family and relationships in general, i don't understand myself or why am i the way i am. i feel like i need professional help, idk what to do anymore. I'm lost, I'm tired of these issues.

it is difficult to open up and yet professional or listener even writing posts here... sometimes when we have to lay things out in detail we see things we may not have before...
even writing journals and re-reading in a few days can give us a new perspective and we can learn to ask ourselves questions about how we feel about things.

It seems that you are overwhelmed with what's going on in your life and not being able to get the support you need. We can't deal with everything on our own all the time, we all need help. Talking to a complete stranger here can feel scary but know you do not need to have a 1:1 chat (where both the listener and you are online at the same time) but you can let the listener know and ask for just messaging. Often just sharing already lessens the heavy weight on your chest.
