Self Reflection
Self-reflection is the deliberate practice of looking inward to examine your own thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and motivations, with the goal of understanding yourself better and learning from your experiences.
In simpler terms: it’s pausing to ask “Why did I think, feel, or act that way—and what can I learn from it?”
It often involves:
Noticing your emotions and reactions
Examining your beliefs and assumptions
Evaluating your choices and their outcomes
Identifying patterns, strengths, and areas to grow
People use self-reflection for personal growth, emotional awareness, better decision-making, and improved relationships.

Well put. Being true to ourselves and reflecting honestly is such an integral part of our relationship with self, while also significantly impacting whatever phase of life we are currently in.
