I do not have a morning Mantra, but I do ask to try and be my best each day. Well I don't do this every day to be honest🤔

We are not perfect WorkingitThrough2. It is good to try to do the best we can every day but there will be always exemptions and to me it's important to forgive ourselves for those days and continue trying our best.

Thanks, I needed to hear that. I am too much of a perfectionist, a level that is literally unobtainable. Anything less, I beat myself up for. Trying new skin on in this new year 2024😊

With less desire for perfection comes higher self esteem, more self love and less stress so great idea!
