@soulsings I have a whole process for this.
Usually, I'll take afternoon naps more often. I'll be feeling worse and worse over a period of time.
Then I start slowly boiling with negative feelings. And I let them surface to the top and feel horrible. I feel all of it. I'll take a shower and go to bed. And cry my eyeballs out and feel sorry for myself as much as possible. I plunge into the darkness.
In pain, I ask my guides for help and healing, and I fall asleep in meditation.
I will wake up refreshed and ready to hop back on the horse again.
It usually takes me around a week to go through all of that.

I can't even answer these questions. when I start to think about the questions, my brain ties up in a knot The electricity goes off the charts. The thoughts jumble. It's like my brain explodes in color and lights.
