My therapist is so unpredictable she will cancel a session when I needed that session I'm glad I have 7 cups

always nice to have a back up .... i decided to try marriage/ couples counseling called literally 3 places and no one returns a phone call ... amazing these folks do not understand if a person is reaching out they need the help.
@toughTiger6481 I am sorry you are having trouble finding counselling. The demand is far greater than the available therapists. Keep trying.

@compassionateCar7091 I am sorry you cannot depend on your therapist to see you. That must be rough on you.
Therapists have a lot of stress in their job and some manage it better than others.
