What do you like to day-dream about most?
One of my favorite day-dreams is about laying at the beach in a shaded place underneath palm trees with old good friends and having a nice picnic.

This dream must feel so comforting. I feel that the more I practise self love the more I can love myself unconditionally - still working on it.
I like to day dream about the future the most mainly because it’s something I cannot wait for.

In our dreams we can paint the most beautiful pictures about our future. I hope though that you will also see the beauty in the present moment.

Being alone. Just chilling in a place with no people. Maybe like in a forest in autumn. Or in a literal cave. The weather and temperature would be perfect. There would magically be high speed Wi-Fi and charging ports.
