What do you like to day-dream about most?
One of my favorite day-dreams is about laying at the beach in a shaded place underneath palm trees with old good friends and having a nice picnic.

I day dream about alot of things hahah, the most recurring is relocating to someplace in the mountains, away from any hustle and bustle hehe! 😇

@amiablePeace77 My daydreams consist of everything that I haven't done and that needs to get done 😂 I wish my mind could calm down enough so that I can relax and daydream about being in the Bahamas!

Wow, daydreaming about the Bahamas! I can very well imagine how beautiful that daydream is and how relaxing it also might be. How about writing a to-do-list with priorities as well as urgencies without putting to much on a day but in a manageable way so that you can free your mind?

@amiablePeace77 When I was a kid, I used to wake up very early in the morning. I would climb out of my bedroom window and sit on the roof and watch the sun rise. That is my daydream, where I take myself when I need that mental break.

I could quite imagine how comforting it must feel being with your loved animals even if it is just in a dream.

My daydreaming happens when I listen to music, I dream that I sing in front of people and they appreciate it! I think about all the signs I can do, the movements I can do with my song, how can I sing it...
