What was one of the best things you ever ate on one of your trips?
Many years ago I went to Thailand and had a vegetarian meal with a friend. The display of the food was awesome (very colourful) and the taste of the vegetables and fried tofu was simply amazing! I never forget the sweet juicy taste of the fresh pineapples after the main meal, yummy!

@amiablePeace77 I used to travel around looking for the best Chinese buffets before Covid hit. I found many that were enjoyable but they seem to keep going out of business. I hope that was not my fault by how much I ate! lol

Did you eat the whole buffet soul 😮 ? I love chinese buffets too but I feel that after Covid people are and have to be more conscious about spending extra money, not sure if that could be a reason.
@amiablePeace77 I did not eat the whole buffet. But after covid the price of buffets doubled because of the increases in the price of food. Also my diet has changed and so I am not so inclined to eat out.

Costa Rica has amazing pineapples, so sweet and juicy and nice to eat them shortly after picking for sure!

Yes it's even better when you have the space to compost the leftovers and plant the tops :)

I went to a buffet in Bermuda and they had fresh figs. I must have had quite a few they were so delicious.
