What was the best part of your weekend?
The best part of my weekend was sitting in the garden, having a cup of coffee and reading. It was very peaceful.

Getting home safely from vacation

So many things can happen on the travel, nice you didn't have any incidents. How was your vacation?

It was a good vacation for the most part I had been suffering from a very bad headache that lasted until I went to the emergency room. Despite the head hurting so bad I made myself get involved with the games and things. We went to the mirror maze and boy it was supper fun for us and the grand. Both of the grand ran head first into one of the mirrors and bounced off, It was hilarious. Then we went to the Escape room and had to find the clues to get out of the room. We almost made it but got stuck on the last two clues. Later that night I saw a huge Racoon in the back of my husband's pickup. He was not afraid of me and just sat there, I took pictures of it. I took my dog Max with me he had a good time to.

The best part of my weekend was having it doubled in length by national holidays. Yay!

@amiablePeace77 after the whole vacation week was raining we finally took out the pool on Sunday, the last day was finally sunny! And afternoon I was lying on the sun in it and the kids (2 and 5) were doing a back massage for me 🥰
There was of cleaning up after and I was SO tired but it was the best highlight of the week :)

My wife and i were planning on going to the community fair. It rained.
We ended up watching movies.

I went on a "run" (most walk) with my husband on Sunday. It wasn't the most fun thing, but it was beautiful outside it reminded me how grateful I am to have a supportive partner.
