It depends on what I am in the mood to do.
Sometimes I will watch dvds.
Sometimes, I will listen to my sound spa, that I have.

At the weekend, try to live like a real, actual human being, aka a living being, instead of marrying gadgets like robots and bots.

I like my time in the park with my daughter, climbing trees or sitting under the shade a tree is casting on us.
I like even more the last hours of laziness before the end of the weekend on Sunday evening, when I start worrying about Monday and choose to meditate/relax instead to have this last peaceful moment before starting the week.
