Things which warm our hearts
When I was shopping recently I saw cashier dealing with an elderly man in a very kind way. He could not find his money and got slightly anxious. The cashier was very nice and assured the man to take his time. He finally found his money, was very relieved and thankful for the kindness he received and paid. It really warmed my heart to see how well he was treated.

🔥Living beings other than humans always tend to save their lives in order to sustain their lives. But human beings are captivating to every other creature because of their sophistication.
🔥But still, there are a very few human beings who are still fighting for innocents and other innocent living beings.

I'm always surprised here (UK) to see this happening on a daily basis. I'm French and cashiers are usually working at a fast pace in France. In the UK it's common place to see workers take their time and in consequence give it to others as well.
Of course, sometimes I'm frustrated by everyone extra kindness and expectations to make conversation when I'm in a rush and would just like to pay and go.

I am disabled, so I do somethings slower, then most.

Same, I'm disabled and I used to be super stressed when packing my things because I could feel everyone's tension caused by my difficulties.
I am still teaching myself that it's ok to take my time, cashiers often remind me to, which helps.
France is the most productive country in the world (in terms of production per hour of work), French people work less hours but at a higher pace.
It's a different culture, where healthy individuals can work hard and enjoy a lot of activities and holidays.
But if you're struggling you will often be mistreated (I am in the UK mostly for my autistic kids, it's very gentle here with them compared to France).
I understand them though, I was a bright student and I always hated doing some team work because I would be finished quick to high standards but would have to go through the whole process of helping them with their parts (which would take me more time than doing it myself) yet having a lower grade than if I did it myself.
Being on one side or the other helps putting things in perspective. It's difficult to know you're the one slowing others and performing less. It is also difficult to slow you pace and reduce your expectations for someone else. In the end we need to learn to be exactly ok with both what we are and what others are, and those differences push us to learn that. Voicing our needs rather than expecting them to be met, and accepting different ones.

This is beautiful and true. I'm realizing I've always moved at a slower pace than most around me but now with two children at times I am trying to have them speed up. I'm learning to accept that it just does take me longer to do most things and to be okay with that and also, learning to be more patient with my children and leave space/time for margin to reduce stress and the need to rush.

I saw a woman with two shopping carts and one of the employees helped them take the carriages to their car.

That's really nice, some of the employees in shops are very helpful.
Mine is being with Bailey around him he helps with without my day and bad days I have.

@amiablePeace77 This may be a little off the topic, but there's a guy who walks his two sheepdogs around my neighborhood all the time. He had one dog for the longest time and then one day I saw the puppy and I just went "Awwwww" to myself in the car 😂 They just follow him along, but I did wish that maybe he would leash them 😬

The owner might know their dogs well but a stranger not and it could make some people feel very scared. In many countries owners have to keep dogs on the leach in public areas by law.

It is true that in some countries they have leash laws, for dogs and cats and other pets.
It is for safety reasons.
@amiablePeace77 Exactly! I believe that's a law here in America, but I guess he doesn't care. Honestly, it's safer for the dogs too because God forbid anything happen, they run the risk of having to euthanize the dogs if they were to bite anyone.
