Being proud of yourself
Usually I set 1 or 2 goals per day to accomplish something. It's not always something big but rather things I know I can do, so manageable work. Today, I replanted 2 flowers and are proud of not having neglected them and how they look at their new place.

I have been revamping my She Shed. I relocated the bathroom and structured it, Painted the wall, and laid some new molding down. I am pretty proud of myself. I also went to Home Depot and told them what I wanted to do and they made the parts and helped me get the needed supplies.

Sorry to hear that you've problems to remember what you accomplished. There can be many reasons for someone not being able to remember things like high anxiety, depression or feeling burned out. Please reach out for help if you feel this is happening on a regular basis.
Thank you for reaching out, the reasons are already known. Further testing for extent of problems is supposed to be in the works. I just have to adjust a new strategy to cope. Thank for your kindness and compassion.
@Iamwhoiamwhoami if I am reading you right, you seem to forget where you have been. This can be a result of many things including traumas. Hope you are coping with these challenging situations.
If you drive a car or even a cycle, please use extra caution and carry a phone and let someone know where you are going and how long you will be gone.
