Enjoying the small things in life

What small things in life do you enjoy? What is so beautiful about them and what feelings do they create within you?
Something I enjoy a lot is watching cooking videos from all over the world to learn more about foreign country cuisines and try out new recipes. It helps me to keep my cooking interesting and it's so exiting to try out different herbs and spices.

What is so beautiful about them and what feelings do they create within you? Just seeing the blue skies and sunshine the world looks so much brighter.

Any small thing you enjoy in life can become really big. I love the place where I live - tons of bird calls, insects buzzing, roses in bloom, dog warming up my back in the chair...... and fresh good coffee that was just brought in

Nature can be so nourishing. To me the state of feeling peaceful is the best state one can be in.
