One word that I think describes online therapy at 7 Cups is accessible. Often, when we are struggling we need help in the moment and to speak to someone who cares is incredibly healing. Often with in-person appointments, the issue may have passed and it’s difficult for us to express how we felt in that moment. That’s I think what many people find really helpful about online therapy as I hear it often.
