Stress = all consuming dark place that sucks the enjoyment for life right out of me. Relaxation = a place that I struggle to reach, and when there, often find myself unable to remain.
I guess it’s where we put our focus. Focusing on relaxed 😌 🌱 but also stress can be good, like swimming is a kind of working the body but can be calming and then relaxing afterwards 🦦 But other stress can be putting feelings or situations to the side . They seem gone but can cause tension. So it’s better to move the stress around and let it goooo.
Stress means to me: I'm lost and broken, I don't have any enjoyment in me or any energy. Relaxation means to me: Is what I lack and a blurr.
For me stress means taking on so many things & getting overwhelmed. For me relaxation means meditation & giving myself time to heal, not think about stressors.
