Yesterday I went for a nice walk at the beach and really enjoyed breathing in the fresh salty air and feeling the breeze. It was awesome!

What’s the last thing you enjoyed with your senses recently (a good meal, a song you love, or an exercise) ?
Well I just had a bowl of chili with stringy cheese and mushrooms. The spicy warm glow of that is comforting.

@amiablePeace77 I went for a walk outside yesterday because it was the first nice day outside and I really appreciated that we are starting to have light longer in the day and we can enjoy the nice weather finally! 🌈
@fruityPond7887 it is wonderful to have days with more light. Hopefully we have warmer weather soon.
@soulsings Slowly, but surely!! The weather has been crazy here. We had extreme storms with tornadoes over the weekend. It was 70 degrees during the day and then dropped to 30 overnight. Crazy!
