To be myself, my current favorite saying is “Be you, they’ll adjust”. It’s hard, but it’s also authentic.

I like that Lauren63. I rather live an authentic life than wearing a mask all the time and people who really appreciate you will accept it.
Best lesson this year be courageous make a plan and meet your goals in every size ….plan for JOY and connection… that is the sweet spot in life ….

@amiablePeace77 practice what I learn. Knowing how to swim intellectually is not much help when one ends up in the water.
