Hi Everyone! Sometimes achieving certain goals can be tricky and we have to put in more effort to achieve them. Why don’t you share what you did to achieve your most difficult goals❤️. For me, one of my difficult goals was not overworking myself. The work that went into achieving this goal was forcing myself to stop by setting timers, and motivating myself to take time out for myself. What about you guys? 😊

@Desmynn6789 congratulations on overcoming your big challenge. That is very inspiring.

7cups help me overcome my uncomfortableness with small talk. I used to be quiet when conversations happened, but now I participate in open chat much more than before. Thanks to all you people at 7cups that helped me rise to the occasion.

Thank you for this amazing post Desmynn! You've chosen a great topic everyone can relate to. One of my difficult goals was to show myself more self love by caring for my needs, seeing myself in a better light, taking the time to do things I like and putting me first occasionally. It is much better now thanks to the help I got and what I learned here.

Thank you for your post. ❤

I had difficulty with expressing myself in class as I used to overthink. I practised talking through recording my audios and listening to them to improve more. I kept encouraging myself that it is not so difficult and with practice, it is achievable. Today, I'm the best speaker in my class. 💕

Love,

-Angel

I’m still working on this goal but I do see there has been some improvement. And that is saying “NO” to people, especially they people that are close to me. I have a very bad habit of trying to be peoples solution. Taking on task and others problems when I honestly can handle it. So lately, I have been saying no and being okay with it. Leaving emotions out of it so to speak and just going with what my heart is truly telling me. I’m so tired of feeling burnt out due to others problems and not really my own. I’m over the exhaustion. So I just pray that I continue to get better at this.

@BellaV1127 I hear you I share that problem too. I have tried a little different approach which is let me think about it for a couple days. That seems to give me more time to figure out if I am a temporary period of overload or a totally crazy over worked state !
